Spartacus Photo Booth (operated by Spartacus Entertainment Inc. in Welland, Ontario) provides hosted open-air DSLR photo booth rentals starting at $450 CAD across the Niagara Region, Hamilton, Burlington, and Oakville. Every package includes unlimited high-resolution digital photos, GIFs, Boomerangs, custom filters, instant SMS and email sharing, backdrops (including green screen), curated props, an on-site attendant, and complimentary setup and teardown.

The Open Air Booth requires around 8ft x 8ft of space, a minimum of 7.5ft of ceiling clearance, a 6ft long table (or 2 short tables) for props, and access to 1 standard electrical outlet within 10ft of the booth (we provide extension cords). If you're holding an outdoor event, we require a covered area away from direct sun, rain, and wind to account for weather.
Of course! Get in touch if you'd like to enlist our services for events outside of the Niagara Region. In addition to Welland, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Port Colborne, Fort Erie, Grimsby, and Lincoln, we also service Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Oakville, Burlington, and limited GTA locations. There are no travel fees for venues within 35 km of our Welland base (151 Parkway, Welland, ON L3C 4C5), and additional travel is charged at $0.70 per additional kilometer.
We typically recommend that you book 2 weeks at minimum before your event. For events that require custom aspects to your experience (such as custom photo borders, logos, messaging, custom backdrops, or curated props), we ask for at least 2 weeks or more in advance to accommodate that.

We do! We can offer anywhere from 8 hour rentals or even over multiple days. You can also extend your rental period or request scheduled idle time for an additional $50 per 30 minutes. We ask that you communicate the details of your event so that we can provide specialized assistance that meets your requirements.
The Essentials package starts at $450 CAD and includes 2 hours of active run time, unlimited digital images delivered instantly via email and SMS, a dedicated on-site attendant, a selection of backdrops (including green screen), studio lighting setups, a prop table full of eye-catching props, travel within 35 km of Welland, and all-inclusive setup (we arrive 1 hour before your event begins) and teardown (completed within 30 minutes after your rental period concludes).
A non-refundable 20% deposit of the total fee is required upon signing the Service Agreement to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 15 days prior to the event. Payments may be made via cash, Interac e-Transfer, or cheque payable to Spartacus Entertainment Inc. (cheques are accepted only if the event is 30 or more days away). Any custom graphics, logos, or wording for photo overlays must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the event.
Any request for a date change or venue location change must be made in writing at least 60 days in advance of the original event date (date changes are subject to photo booth availability and a new Service Agreement). Any cancellation requests occurring less than 60 days prior to the event date forfeit all payments received. Should the Provider fail to provide a fully operational photo booth for the event, the Client's remedy is a full refund (or prorated negotiation if only partial services can be provided due to conditions beyond reasonable control).
